FUN DUATHLON...   There was a great turnout at the fun training duathlon and we were especially pleased to see friends from Hereford Wheelers, Wye Valley Runners and Hereford Couriers join us.  Congratulations to Luke Mason who was first to cross the line and a huge thanks to Bill, Mike S, Mike P, Kath and Claire for timekeeping and marshalling.  We're going to bring back the Hereford Duathlon race next April - watch this space for date and details...   BACK
