Jo Barter Memorial Trophy Series 2009 has a NEW season best...   Well done to Dave Taylor who broke the 25 minute barrier at the 6th 10 mile time trial of the year at Leominster, recording an excellent time of 24:25 beating his previous record for this years series of 25:14 also set at Leominster back on April 23rd and last years series record of 24:59 set by Mike Stephens on the last race of the series at Allensmore.  With 9 out of the 10 Jo Barter Memorial Trophy competitors recording season PB's the conditions must of been perfect... Well done to all of you. With just over a third of the series gone Brian Turner has managed to eek out a six point lead over Graeme Thomas, with Colin Kerfoot, Les Morris and Dave Taylor chasing them down it is looking like we'll be enjoying a close finish at the end of the season...  And who knows who else could emerge from the remaining chasing pack especially with the final 3 races being worth double points!
